Shipping policy

At Atlanta Jollof LLC, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared Nigerian meals directly to your door. Every order is cooked to order, packaged for freshness, and delivered with care across Metro Atlanta.


🗓 Delivery Schedule

  • Weekly Delivery Day: Sundays between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Order Deadline: Friday 11:59 PM (Eastern Time)
    Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically roll over to the following week’s delivery window.

  • Meal Prep Subscriptions: Delivered every Sunday unless skipped, paused, or canceled before Friday 11:59 PM.


📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to homes and offices within Metro Atlanta, including:
Atlanta, Buckhead, Decatur, Dunwoody, Smyrna, Marietta, and Alpharetta.

If your address is outside these zones, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability or arrange pickup.


🚗 Delivery Fees

  • Flat Local Delivery Fee: $10.99 per order

  • Catering Orders: Delivery fees may vary based on distance and order size; confirmed at checkout or via invoice.

  • Free Delivery: on select promotions or qualifying large orders (announced on our website or social media).


🧊 Shipping of Frozen Orders

We currently operate as a local delivery service.
Frozen or out-of-state shipping is not yet available.
As we expand, we plan to offer frozen-meal shipping across the U.S. — join our newsletter for updates.


📦 Handling & Packaging

All meals are sealed for freshness and packed in temperature-controlled containers.
Customers should refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 3–5 days or freeze for later use.


📱 Delivery Confirmation

Customers will receive a text or email notification when their order is on the way.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the window provided.
If we cannot access your delivery location, your order may be rescheduled for pickup or future delivery.


🚫 Missed Deliveries

If no one is available during the scheduled delivery time and the driver cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our kitchen.
A $10 redelivery fee may apply.
Refunds are not available for missed or unattended deliveries, as all meals are perishable.


🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations

To modify, skip, or cancel an order, please contact us by Friday 11:59 PM before your scheduled delivery.
After that cutoff, all orders are final since preparation begins Saturday morning.
